Need a little advice....

The snails in my cleanup crew like to go to the top of my tank (right by the edge) and then topple down to the sand surface. Is this indicative of any problem? Is this just what snails do? Why are they so attracted to the top edge?

Do you know what type of snails you have? Some snails will actually climb out of the water at times.

I think they are either top crown snails or banded trochus snails. They are definitely some type of Trochus snails. They cannot turn themselves over when they are upside down.
