Lighting Question

If I were to buy this system, would I have to buy ballasts to power the bulbs or does that included ballast power everything? Any help is appreciated.

Only thing it will need to have purchased is the bulbs. Those do NOT come with it.

Thanks. I just want to be sure before I spend a lot of money and find out that I have to spend more.
