Ok I have a rock covered in star polups and zooz. The stars were overgrowing the zooz so I took the rock out of the tank and cut back a big chunk of the stars with a razor blade. Now, over 24 hours later, the stars still havent opened up atall. Is it possible that having them out of water for <5 minutes killed them (not that I would be too sad honestly). The zooz seem to be doing fine, except that one of the suction cups on a powerhead failed today and it was shooting straight at them and they didnt seem happy. All better now though.
