Ha ha they have done it, we can finally make our tanks in to giant fire balls.....lol...Burning Salt Water (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070910/ap_on_sc/burning_seawater_1)

they have found the resinit frequency to weeken the bonds between the hydrogen and oxygen atoms in salt water to make it burn....very interesting and if effiecent enought could be a very very good thing for the environment...

I saw a brief segment on this in last nights TV news. If this p-rocess is for real the implications are stagerring. But you never know with this stuff. Do you remember cold fusion? That was supposedly a new process wherein super high temperatures are not required to produce nuclear fusion (the same process that occurs on the sun where hydrogen atoms fuse releasing tremendous energy). The only problem was, when investigated up close, the findings were bogus. So hopefully this isn't a repeat of that. Our desperate desire for cheap renewable energy is so great, especially when oil is $80 per barrel, that also sorts of "miracle" alternatives are likely to surface. But hey, you never know. So maybe this winter, if I run out of oil I can light my tank on fire.
