One of my pumps keep stalling. I have opdered the new drivers for the pumps. Can I expect the new driver to "fix" the stalling problem or do I need to send it in for service. By the way I am not using the spacer.

What wall thickness is your aquarium? A 90gal glass tank would have 1/2" glass so you should be using your pin spacer. This could be why the pump is stalling.

I have a 90 gal Oceanic Reefready Bowfront. The side walls appears to be 3/4 inches. I have a pump on each side wall. Only one pump is failing. The one that is failing feels warm to the touch, the other feels cool to the touch.

The side glass on your aquarium is definitely not 3/4". Please measure it carefully and install the pin spacer to the proper setting. My guess would be 3/8" or 1/2". Let us know if the problem still persists.

You definitely need to measure the glass and use the spacer correctly. I haven't had any stalls since I put the spacer on one and cranked it up. I'm running them ~60% and ramping them up slowly now that I have them on.
