Molting?

I was looking into my tank this afternoon and noticed a hermit crab's "body" in the back, but I think all of the crabs are accounted for... What does a crab molt look like?

I have never seen a crab molt but I know that a shrimp molt looks exactly like a shrimp its really hard to tell the difference

Thanks! I'm pretty sure that its just molt, it just worried me because it looked "meaty" and my fish were picking at it.

It looks identical to the crab. If you see it soon enough and is completely in tact you can generally tell if there are no eyes in the eye sockets that it is a molt.
