coralife ss 125 not making bubbles!

I have cleaned the pump, venturi, and even replaced the airline, and the thing still won't make bubbles. I've had it a year, and this is the first time I can't make it produce bubbles again. Am I cracking up?

Nope. It runs water through it just fine. It just doesn't want to make bubble. If I blow in the air tube, bubbles will appear, but it seems to lack the strength to pull air on its own. Is it time for a new pump?

try either elevating the pump level in the water, or taping the inlet to the pump partially to create more constriction of flow. This sometimes creates more pull through the venturi.
