My PO4 is 1 I have a 125 gallon FOWLR, a few mushrooms, with a little bit of cyano. Is this phosphate level hard on the fish or is it just mainly the corals and the live rock?

I agree that the fish won't be harmed. If the cyanobacteria stays under control, the tank should be fine as long as there are no stony corals in the system.

If you haven't already you could direct a power head at that cyano, consider running a phosban reactor, and cut down on your feeding a touch.

Can you describe your filtration system?
