Aqua Notes not Graphing

I hit the button to rectreive the data logs and it says they have been recieved but when i go to the graph they do no show. I checked the controller and it does have a data in the logs

Is this something you just set up.

You need to go turn on the logs for each timer name.

the logs are in the controller i can read them there but they are not transfering to the graph.

Someone from the local board helped out. I did not have the serial number in the database.
