So I'm using recipe 2. And I have a 100g tank (lets say mixed tank).

So pretty simple in the table. 100 + 1mL = 100 mL.

Ok, so is that 50 of part one and 50 of part two... or 100 of part 1 and 100 of part 2.

I'd start with 50 ml of each, and see how that goes. Each tank is different, so some experimentation is required to get the correct daily dosage. This calculator might help, too:

My Alk is always the thing I have to watch. I always seems to drop to 120-130 ppm. I used the calculator to figure out how much Baking soda to add. I'll test again in a day and then start dosing.

Alkalinity drops far more quickly than calcium, proportionately speaking, so your tank is very normal in that respect. 50 ppm of alkalinity combines with 20 ppm calcium during calcification.
