So the little dudes are too fast for me to get a good pic of right now. So i drew the best image i could on paint. But there are like 3-4 i think roaming around one rock. and ive seen a few moltings. After my curiousity leading me to the mantis forums the other day, and now finding these little guys in here, im thinking these are baby mantis's maybe? They kinda look like them but their bodies are almost all pearly white and their backs have a little dark grey-black on it.

So if it is a mantis, should i get rid of it? And how? Thanks

hard to tell without a pic, but i'd bet they are amphipods (very good for your tank) rather then baby mantis shrimp. That's just my opinion.

If what you have is the first pic on the left in this link, then you are all good.

Click on that pic for some more info.

Hi
Got to agree with Steri, they do look like amphipods, check your tank after the lights go out at night, you will probably see hundreds of them.

Most likely Amphipods, but could also be Isopods, and doubtfully possible, even Mantis Shrimp. Do they look like any of these (ignoring color and fine detail)?
