They said shortly at 9:33am. Hopefully we'll get an update sooner rather than later.

You guys have a margarita and fogetabotit. Don't you think that if Tim had news he would have posted it.

Well, he did say in a couple of threads that he would post something on the 19th.

Sorry guys, I was extremely busy yesterday and now I'm headed out the door to a meeting.

We are out of the testing chambers and are now waiting our final stamp of approval. What this means is that we are not waiting on a result which could require a re-design. Now we must be patient as we traverse through the final bureaucratic red tape. They are not providing us a time line for this, but usually it's days and not weeks. This is good news.

Thanks Tim! I'm glad it passed the design stage, you would have had a lot of angry people with pre-orders if govt declined the overall design!

I can't wait!

Great news Tim that there will be no required redesign! So does that mean you can resume production (assuming you were on hold)? I can't wait to get on the next preorder, please take my money!

I may have totally missed it but is there a second pre-order? I got the impression they were going on sale for $75 after the first order was filled.

Well preorder may not have been the right word. I think the demand is high enough where it will be some time before the drivers will be in stock sitting on a shelf waiting for someone to order one. I have no idea if their going to be $100 with a rebate/exchange or flat $75. I just don't really want to wait to open it on Christmas  -Charles

Just to add a note...

When we do open up another round of Wireless Wave Driver exchange sales, we will notify everyone IN ADVANCE of when we open it up, and we will notify everyone how many drivers we will be opening up. If there is one complaint that we've heard the most it is that we released to little information about this offer. Therefor, don't worry if you missed the boat on this initial pre-sale. You will have a second opportunity with more warning and more information.
