Overflow in middle or corner

What does everyone think its a 30''x24''x24'' tank I cant decide should I put overflow in middle or corner any advantages to either

ive been looking into doing a similar sized tank, 36x24x24. id like to know as well. only thing i can think of is that you could get an oil slick in the opposite corner of the tank if you do a corner over flow but the plumbing to the sump and or skimmer would be easier. i dont know im curious too because there might be some kind of nice fluid dynamics that make one better than the other.

If you put it in the middle you will have a greater surface area to skim, by having water entering the overflow from 3 sides instead of 2
