Hi all

I am going to be getting in my Tunzes and my aquasurf tomorrow.

I have updated my version of aquanotes already.

I will try to follow the instructions with the firmware update.
What I need to know is how do I preserve all of the settings in my controller such as the code I have written and the email settings and any other settings that are not default.

I would like to do this update over my network (wireless) if possible.

any other suggestions to make sure this is a successful update?

Cant wait to get the aquasurf running.....stay tuned.

Thanks
einsteins

I always save my config (timer names and program statements). When I went from 3.3 to 3.4, I did not have to re-setup anything. I flashed mine via wireless as well.

That's just my experience. No clue what the "official" answer is from Curt :)

The firmware update does not corrupt or erase the program, timer names, or any other configuration settings. However, we slightly changed the internal program format going from version 3.2 to 3.3, so the program statements may change. I recommend that you save the program statements in a text file, upgrade the firmware, and then restore the program.
