Fish chasing reflections and IO Phosphate Test

Any idea how to get a fish (in this case a Coral Beauty) to stop chasing his reflection in the glass. Added him last week and he hasnt stopped, I dont want him stressing the rest of my fish out.

Also anyone farmiliar with IO Phosphate Test Kit? Theres a high range test and a low range. Should there be 2 color chips for each? And which should I be testing for - I assume low. The only chip I have begins at 0.2 which I would assume is high?

you could put a rock if it does it low to the ground...or a tonga branch if its higher up

i have a fish that does that...all the other fish dont really care
