Well maybe not that much. I tried searching and search function is currently disabled. Here are my questions.

1. Aside from tap water where else does phosphates come from? Fish poop???

2. Is a skimmer the only equipment that provides air for the tank or does return pumps and power head add to this? If so how much, percentage wise. Ex. 50% skimmer, 25% ph and 25% return pump?

1) Overfeeding
2) Power heads CAN add to this - if they are pointed toward the surface of the water, the agitation can help with gas exchange. Also, water flowing to/from a sump can help too.
