My Alkalinity is high what would cause this because I dont dose it . I dose Cal. and Ph and thats it.OH its around 6.5 to7.0

pH buffer products are just high-pH alkalinity supplements. Is that meq/L? If so, that is rather high. I'd let it drop on its own. If any animals are in trouble, some water changes will help.

A DIY 2-part, lime drip, or calcium reactor would be a safer approach than the pH buffers.
