does anybody have one of these. Thinking of setting one up with a few corals and stuff from a existing tank. Lighting, filter etc?

Ricky, what are you planning to keep in the MB5? I'm not familiar with the MB5, but I am with the MB7 and there are more lighting and filtration retrofit options available for the MB7 because it's fairly commonly used in the hobby. If you're going to want a lighting upgrade, skimmer, etc., I'd recommend upsizing to the 7.
