Anyone ever built one of these out of an old seaclone skimmer, or have any suggestions on how to do?

It's been discussed many times on here..
A few have done it but most don't bother because most of the time, you simply can't build a better and cheaper one than what's on the market..

Yeah, I asked the question before I researched what is on the market---less than 50$

You can get a ViaAqua Poly-Reactor PR 20/20 for $35 from premium aquatics. It even includes the pump and flow valve. No way you can build one for cheaper.

Yup.... I came to the same conclusion! Luckily, I grabbed the display from MACNA and it was even cheaper! I got (2) PR 20/20 setups for about the price of 1!
