DIY Sump and Fuge

Anyone got plans or ideas on a way to make a sump and fuge out of totes or plastic or rubber containers? I cant afford glass or acrylic and dont know to much about setting up a sump. Details would help thanks a bunch...

Here you go! you need three rubbermaid containers and some 1.5" bulkheads and pvc pipes
