Fishes for 20L

hi

i was wondering what type of fishes can i keep in a 20L tank, and max how many?

I know i want two clowns, 1 goby and can i also have one dwarf angelfish

what do you guys recommend for cleaning crew, can you give me some example of how much of each is good for 20L

there wil be about 15lb of LR and 20Lb of LS
