Those are some awesome shots! I really like the gonipora. Is that what that is? The second pic.

Thanks, and yes, Red Gonipora. I finally found my underwater case for my camera....what a difference from shooting through the glass. If I had manual focus I would do better shooting throught the glass.
I like that starfish picture. What type of algae is that that it is sitting on?

That is a Red Tile Fromia star, about the size of a quarter.
The algae is Caulerpa. We put some in our tank that has a Vlamingii Tang and he devours it.

I use to have one of those star fishes, but something happen to it and I don't know what it was. They have awesome color to them.

The third picture is a porietes coral which is a host to several christmastree worms and a tiny crab of a species unknown to me. If someone can enlighten me that would be cool. I have not seen this mix before, but then again I have only been doing this a year.

Just a canon S500 5mp unit, but I put it in my waterproof enclosure. I was having trouble focusing while shooting through the glass.
Macro/no zoom/no flash.......no problem

That looks like a Caribbean Porites, see them here in So FL. Nice worms! Great color on that Goni.
