I have seen a few of these in my tank. Here is one crawling out of a dead snails shell.

Is this a fire worm? Do I need to be concerned. I currently only have CUC and some soft corals in the tank.

Thank you in advance.

That looks like a basic fireworm, and most likely is useful for tank cleanup. Sometimes, live rock contains less pleasant worms.

Looks like a bristle worm. Nothing to worry about, actually beneficial to the tank. If it bothers you then remove it. I have lots of them in my refugium.

I would say, usually beneficial. The worm pictured is fine, but there are a lot of species of worms that show up in tanks, if I may split a hair or two.
