I'm blue

I'm gonna get a t5 24" 4 lamp light for a 20"x20"x18" and what more of a deep blue color> I want more of like a deep ocean look almost mystical. I was wondering what combination of light I could have and still grow coral like birds nest?

ati Blue +, ati 12k aquablue +, 65k GE, ati Blue +, it'll be blue and grow corals nicely.
