Adding More Anthias

Hi, we have one purple queen anthias that we have had for about a year, we got two but one refused to eat and we lost her early on.

I have read that anthias are a schooling fish and ours may be more happy as a part of a school - if we got three more now, would it adjust to the new school? of is it best to now leave it on it's own.

Yes - they would adjust to the new school. However, purple queens are notoriously difficult to get eating. You are very fortunate to have had success with one. It may not happen again.
