Problem with order.

I received an order yesterday for a few items. Very fast shipping by the way. The digital thermometer is 2.8 degrees off compared to the others I have. Also, a Mg test kit I received a month or so back, that I just used for the first time this past Tuesday reads 140PPM higher than the other 2 I have. Could you please help me with this?
