I started another thread about a specific bulb, but thought I would try a different approach.

I am currently running a 250W DE AB 10K bulb with an Icecap ballast. At this time I am not really interested in changing the ballast. While I dont completely dislike the AB, I am looking for something with just a touch more blue in it. I am not a big fan of 20K bulbs, so Im thinking some of the 14's may do the trick. Question is, which one?

According to Sanjays site, the AB 10K on this ballast has a PPFD of 83. Bulbs I am looking at are the 14K Iwasaki, 14.5K Giesemann and the 14K Phoenix.

These all have slightly lower PPFD values when compared to my current lighting, mostly in the high 60's to low 70's. Looking for anyone who has used any of these. What are your impressions? Keep in mind the tank is all SPS.

I run AB 10K DE 250 HQI. Im running about 104 PPFD for each bulb. I supplement the color by running T5s.
