View Full Version : where to find pictures of "critters" for ID

I've got what looks to be a critter growing on the glass in my tank. Kind of spiral shaped, almost looks like a strange growth pattern of coraline algae.
Can anyone point me to a good site (or sites) where I can look at pics to figure out what this is?

Could they be snail eggs? Do they look like what is on the glass at the top of this photo?

Yea, that could be it. Here's the best pic I could get (they are on the curved corner of my tank, so getting the camera to focus on them was tough).
