jbj versus biocube

this is a pretty simple question, I am looking to buy a smaller tank and I am looking at the oceanic biocube 29 gallon or the jbj 28 gallon with the skimmer and hqi light. What is your opinions on these tanks and is the jbj worth the extra money. I worry about heat with the hqi or does anyone know if it is a problem.

With the biocube you can decide which upgrades and when to buy them.

Everybody seems to make modifications no matter what you buy, so I'd start with the cheaper tank - the BC.
