How much and how often can I feed this monster ? I was hoping to get feedback on the minimum amount of food and time .

I would like to feed her only 2 times per week small portions? Any advice on this?

Sorry to tell you but this fish NEEDS to be fed a MINIMUM of two times a DAY!
Please tell me why you only want to feed it small portions, twice weekly?

wow. thats a big fish! Why woudl you only want to feed the poor thing two times a week!??!?!

You should feed it daily. At a minimum once daily. And when you do, enough so that it eats for about 5 min.

water quality issues ......It not my fish , but my wife is taking care of it at her work and they dont keep it up at all.

Dunno what to do

Its simple.

Feed it 1-2X daily and do larger more frequent water changes.
