Hopefully not breaking any rules. Not a zeo tank - but on the website. BTW, I am "Miguelito" - my son's name. :)

Hi Fliger,

I am really amazed almost excited that she has brought here this discussion.

My name is Domenico and lives in Milan (Italy), from two years possess this beautiful tank Elos 160 open. Very well done in every aspect, I am very satisfied of this purchase. The only problem that I have found, but that surely can be improved it is the comb of the unload, that I have modified for eliminating an annoying superficial oily stain.
Of this problem I had talked to Mr. Nicola Gandini, delicious and available person, in occasion of the INTERZOO 2006.
For the whole alone rest of the great compliments to the ELOS.

I apologize for my bad English, I do better than mine to be clear.

How did I miss this thread? The tank looks awesome! :) I can't believe you can get those colors without using ZEO. I would like to say welcome to the Elos club but it looks like you have me beat by a few years!

Wow, thanks for the great level of detail! I do have some questions on the salts. According to the above, does it mean you use a 50/50 mix of the two brands? How long have you been using it? Ever had any quality issues?

Niko,

Great looking tank. I hope I can get the same great colors that you have once I get my tank up and running.

Are you direct feeding your goniopora corals as they look really healthy.

I was talking with Nick this morning and we were talking about this site http://u.webring.com/t/Elos-Specialist .
So this is a web ring with a few sites including the one you mentioned Fliger. The US will shortly have a separate site to the main Elos site. On this site I will be including a section were elos owners can add there experience, similar to what these guys have done. Very cool stuff.

Hi, I'm Danilo Ronchi again, or "daniloronchi" or ***dani***

I've created Elos Specialist WebRing, and now it's in testing phase :-)

I'm a collaborator of Nicola Gandini in Italy for Elos, and my goal is to share my experience with elos stuff with other people. And for that the webring is now small... I've many ideas about it, and as soon as possibile I'll share with everybody.

I thought to speak about before Nick saw that :-) but ok, no problem :-)

Btw one of ideas is to open "elos specialist webring" for english-language site... but stay tune! I'll post in Elos USA section :-)

sorry to Niko for Off Topic post
