How do you clean ASM Mini skimmer inside?

After months of use have to clean the ASM Mini protein skimmer inside. But, unlike the big models, the tapering top is glued, not removable.

The hand doesn't fit, neither bathing brush on the long handle, and the bottle cleaner is too weak for this, distorts easily.

What you, folks, are using?

one litre of 100% pure white distilled vinegar with 5% acidity in a five gallon bucket filled with RO/DI.
then run it through the skimmer for about 24 hrs and mine is clean.
then i rinse everything in RO/DI only, and reinstall.

And for bryopsis inside the skimmer? I thought about some mechanical removing. Coraline maybe could be removed by vinegar.

My skimmer was in the side sump, exposed to the light :(
