It has two heads as you can see from the picture. I search everwhere but can't find any advice.

did you buy it as just one head? how long have you had it??

I bought it with 2 heads and I have had it for 2 months. It looks a lot better than the picture, I took that picture at night when it was somewhat deflated.

can you snap a pic that shows two mouths?

I spun it around then took the pictures of both mouths. It was a little unhappy.
