ID Supper thin long white worm?

I found 2 long(1") super thin(1mm maybe) white worm looking things. What type of worm is this?

Actually it is more clear. They hang out of the rock and then pull themselves back in.

I'd guess some sort of cirratulid or terrebellid worm, or perhaps a spionid, but a picture might help a lot.

my guess would be a spaghetti worm. do you see a tube of any type? if not spaghetti worms fit the description better.
