I have some bubbles that keep coming back.I've removed them several times with a turkey baster and they keep coming back.Should I worry about them or what steps do I need to take...
The only coral that has them is my Pagoda Cup...

Thanks

sounds like you may have some algae forming on the coral. hopefully it will go away before it become a problem.

Its really wierd. They're clear like that that would come from an airstone. They look like a necklace of clear bubbles.

Are they actually air bubbles? Like an accumulation of microbubbles on the coral? Sometimes, if my skimmer goes on the fritz, I get alot of microbubbles in my tank that accumulate on some of my coral. IDK if you have a skimmer, but if you do you could check that out

They may be micro bubbles accumulating on your coral, but sometimes in hight light environments the bubbles you see are actually oxygen being released by the coral as a byproduct of photosynthesis. This is more common in freshwater planted tanks, but can happen in reefs too. I noticed this happen when I tested out a 150 MH over my 2.5 gallon pico.
