Question 1 - Oceanencounters is out of stock of 400 watt EVC electronic ballasts. Does anyone else sell them?
Question 2 - Do coralvue electronic ballasts overdrive the bulbs? Ive checked the lighting website and I think the answer is "no" but I'd like to verify before I purchse one. I'm not interested in shortening bulb life for a bit of extra intensity.
