I built a skimmer about 3 months ago that has been working great. I recently used chem-clean, the only change I know of (skimmer has been off) and now when the skimmer is on it is overflowing. No matter how open the valve is on the skimmer overflow. I have also noticed alot more bubbles, all the way to the bottom of the chamber. Is this an effect of the chem-clean?
