For my new tank I have two returns. It's a 100 gallon by the way. What do you think of these two pumps for the returns?

1: Sedra ksp 9000, 900 GPH
2: Rio 26HF, 1590 GPH

I also have a chiller I will be running with a minimum flow rate of 600GPH and 1000max. Should I do the sedra on this and then to one of the returns or do another pump to this and back to the sump?

I think you can get away with just one pump. I would highly recommend the oceanrunner 3500 for your application. Just because you have two returns you don't need two pumps.

Sedra's run hot and add tank back into the tank.

I'm not a big fan of Rio's in general.

What's your budget like for the return pump?

I'm not rich but I won't skimp on my system. I've heard mag drives are nice. Whats a few recommended types of return pumps and pumps in general?

I was happy with my Mag Drive. One nice thing about two pumps is a certain degree of protection against pump failure when you are out of town.

Ocean Runner 3500, very efficient, low heat gain, and quiet. Alos less than half the price of an Eheim 1262 which would be my second choice. I own 4 OR pumps now and haven't found another I like as well.
