don't know why not. most when cured are inert for the most part

I use two criteria for reef safe adhesive products,

It's been used by other aquarists.

It approved by NSF (National sanitation Foundation) for potable water or food preparation areas.

Almost all epoxies are reef-safe.

Epoxy is essentially carbon atoms bonded together
