Keeping Selcon

Anyone know the shelf life of selcon, Or any care requirments? Mine seems to be gumming up after a few months.

I keep mine in the fridge. Not sure if that is correct, but I figured it's got fats in there, so it could go rancid...

fridge. You're supposed to shake it vigorously before use. that dissolves the "gumminess".

fridge here too, but eventually it'll go bad. when it gets too goopy i chuck it and start fresh.
