electronic or magnetic ballast ?

Electronic can fire up anything from what i understand, while a magnetic cannot

HQI = a few extra watts of power...

i like the galaxy ballasts best right now...

i believe the person selling the setup is from this site, he has a electronic ARO ballast on 1.
