you wont find any diamnond wheels much larger that 1",ive looked as well . I use a 4"side angle grinder to cut stuff that the dremel cant handle

I got my diamond bit for my dremel from Home Depot

I use the diamond tipped tile cutter. Not a wheel cutter but gets the job done.

I only use the dremel for delicate cutting, everything else gets the screwdriver and hammer treatment :D

Might be worth looking at a table mounted clamp as well. I got one and put my Dremmel in it and lock it down. Then I can position my corals by hand without worrying so much aboout slicing off a fingertip.

Check out swapmeets where they are sellings with new items. That's where I get cutting wheels and old surgical tools. Harbor Freight has cheap tile cutters.

Lowes has a cheapo table saw 40-50 $ not good for tile but great for coral. It is all plastic except for the cutting wheel.
