I am getting micro-bubbles from the wet side. I have tryed to get rid of them with no luck. Any ideas what could be could causing this?

How long has the pump been running? Was any air captured within the wet frame when you installed the pump? It is best to evacuate the air from the back of the wet frame before installing it against the glass.

The pump has been running about a year but I recently cleaned it. I tryed to evacuate the air several times but it still continues. I did have a problem with the propeller stalling and loosened the nut and got it working again. It started after that..

Microbubbles are not something that VorTech pumps just create on their own as they do not cavitate, so it must either be that there is still air trapped somewhere within the pump, or that the pumps are low enough that they are pulling a vortex. Otherwise, I suggest looking for the source of microbubbles elsewhere in your system.
