Hi,

How often is this fish available at the Diver's Den and when do you expect to have one for sale at DD? Would you be able to order one for me? Do they only come in large sizes of 6" or more?
Thanks!

Gary

I just want to make sure that you aren't looking to put this fish in your 55g. They, like most puffers, get massive and do so fairly quickly.

Thanks for your concern for the fish. I have done my research and realize what tank size and care this fish requires. Like you, I have only the fish's best interests at heart. Thanks again and have a good day.

Capt. Nemo,

We apologize, however we are no longer accepting personal requests for live items. When we have the opportunity to take delivery of Golden Puffers their size often varies as does their availability. We suggest utilizing the Diver's Den Alert (http://www.liveaquaria.com/DiversDen/DDemailSignUp_form.cfm) for updates.

Capt. Nemo,

Yes, we have received Golden Puffers as small as 3 inches in the past.

Wow! I'm amazed. I didnt realize that there were smaller versions of the GP. I've only seen large specimens. This is the 3rd morph stage of this fish and I assumed by the time they mophed into GP they would all be on the larger size. Thanks again.
