which ciller is the best

i am looking into getting a chiller for my 120 w/40 gal breeder, i wanted to know what is the best one for quiet, efficiency, and dependability... the one i was thinking of was the teco sea chill chiller, is there a better one for the money, or is this top of the line for the cost... and should i get a 1/3 or 1/4....
please let me know your imput.....

The best I feel is Aqua logic chiller, 1/5 or 1/4 would easily handle your tank. USA made, the controller is top notch, I own two of them and love em. I do like the Seco chiller, but have never used one.

this is in my living room, and i like the "silent" option on the teco.... is the aqua logic "silent".... i dont need anymore noise..... the loudest thing on my tank is the hum of my reeflo dart.... is this going to add to the noise, and what kind of warranty do they have... teco has a ful 2 year...
