Rainbow Monti and Efflo placement questions

I just got frags of a rainbow monti and a green efflo. They have been on my sandbed since Wednesday and I'm ready to place them onto my rockwork.

In your experience, what is the best for these corals? High light- high flow, med light- high flow, etc.

My tank is a 120 with 2X 250 MH with reeflux 12k bulbs and 2- VHO super actinics.

efflo=HIGH flow, very high flow, all around it, side, top , bottom

never kept a rainbow, cant help ya!

rainbow like to be low in my tank.medium flow.
efflo frag i just got looks happy in very high flow.

My efflo likes strong light & strong flow. My rainbow shows better colour when it is at the bottom of my tank.

my efflos are mid tank under high flow.not sure about the rainbow as i dont have one.

My rainbow likes to be high in my tank (which is 24" tall BTW). I have 250 watt 10K Reeflux MH bulbs. Flow is med-high.

I also use reeflux 12ks and have a rainbow that grows like a weed on the sand bed in high flow.

i had my rainbow in high light and it was doing poorly moved it down 6 inches into maybee half the light and it took right off now its growing Fast

high flow for the efflo , but usually i keep it at mid or lower lvl just cuz it grows huge, if i put it on top, it'll take too much of space.
