Do feather dusters need direct feeding?

I don't directly feed mine. I keep them in skimmerless tanks though. I often blow detritus off of my rocks with a turkey baster and that sustains them enough. If you want to feed them directly, you can use Marine Snow.

It depends what kind of featherduster you're talking about. The small hitchhiking ones typically do well just on the bacteria they can filter from the water. The larger ones that are sold in the hobby don't. They need to be fed phytoplankton as well. Neither marine snow or detritus are appropriately sized food.

I've got the larger ones. Is it alright if i feed it rottifers and have you heard of Koral Fluid? (Type of Liquid Food)

Neither one is likely to be a good food. They feed mostly on things in the size range of phytoplankton to bacterial clumps. A few of the large species have some larger zooplankton sized food in their diet, but phyto still makes up the bulk. I'm not familiar with the liquid food, but most liquids wouldn't have anything in the right size range.
