I got a ReefPack 200 recently. When I took the entire setup out to clean it, the adhesive gluing the inside magnet to the nano filter and the skimmer came off.
I now have a magnet set and no way to mount the mechanical filter and skimmer in my tank! Is there replacement glue, or can I send the filter back to you for you to glue it back on?
Thanks!

OK, the adhesive attaching the little mounting bracket came off, sorry. The magnet is attached to the bracket via a plastic screw.

Whichever you prefer, I can glue it or I can send you the glue we use. Just let me know. It is a pretty simple repair, the glue needs about 6 hrs to cure well enough for use.

Can you send me the glue? That way, I can get the skimmer in the tank ASAP.
Thanks! :)
Great customer service!

Just so you know that glue is very handy, it works on PVC pipe and just about any tunze product. It is a solvent glue for PVC, ABS and many other plastics. Don't throw away the left over amount. I generally prefer it for PVC pipe because the tube is very convenient compared to a brush.
