Last of the salt

hi all.
I just went to mix up some new water for my tank.
the tail end of the bucket.
Instant Ocean.
I noticed that the salt actually had moisture in it.
Actually wet.
I havent spilled any water in it.
Looks like it did a road salt thing.
no discoloration.
is it still safe to use?.

Your ok... Salt attracts any moisture from its surroundings. It will still be fine to use (just harded to measure) : )
