i just bought a nutrifin alk test and it reads in PPM and i am wondering how i convert it into DKH?

or if someone can tell me the safe range of the PPm that would be good too..the kit says 105-125....but i am not dosing any ALK at the moment because i didnt think there was anyway that was right...i am guessing that is about 7-9 DKH and i am almost double that so that is how i figure i am around 15...my tank was usually running at 12DKH

currently my tank reads about 200-220 ppm, which i am scared to say i think is some where around 15 DKH..but i dont know...my old test ran out before i got a chance to do comparative tests...

please point me in the direction i need to look..
